1. Click on ‘Log In’ in navigation bar
2. Insert your Email Address and Password
3. Click ‘Login’ button
4. After login, homepage will be shown and 'Log Out' and 'My Account' will be shown in navigation bar.

If you forgot your password, please click on ‘Forgot your password?’ hyperlink and below screen will be shown.
1. Insert your Email Address
2. Click ‘Submit’
3. Email will be generated to your mailbox

New to LLH.my? Sign Up an account in LLH.my
1. Click on ‘Log In’ in navigation bar
2. Insert your details accordingly
3. Click Submit
4. When account is successfully created, Success note will be shown as below and a confirmation email will be sent to your maibox.
To Continue shopping, please click on 'Continue' button and you may edit your detail by click on 'Edit' button.

Click on the respective link to manage your login account.

3. Click 'Update' button

1. Click on 'View or change entries in my address book'
2. Click on Edit button to edit your address information
3. Edit your address and click 'Update' button
4. If you would like to add a new address, click on 'Add Address' Button
5. Fill up new address and click 'Submit'.
P/S: You may insert up to 5 address,
2.3 Change your account password
1. Click on 'Change my account password'
2. Insert old password and new password
3. Click 'Submit' button

3.1 Add an Item Cart
1. Select your ideal item
2. Place quantity of item that you wish to buy
3. Click 'Add Cart'

3.2 Manage Your Shopping Cart
1. Click 'Shopping Cart' from navigation bar
2. Change the quantity by placing total at quantity field
3. Click on 'Refresh Button', quantity and total amount will be update
4. To delete item from cart, click on 'Delete' Button as shown in above picture

4.1 Checkout items
1. Click 'Go to Checkout' button from Shopping Cart
You are required to login before check out Object

4.2 Step 1 - Delivery Information
1. Please confirm on shipping information eg. receiver and address
2. Default address will be primary address that being set during account creation
3. To change address, please click on 'change your address' button
4. You may select address from your preset address book or insert a new address
5. Click continue to back to Delivery Information page
6. If you have any special instruction or comment to your delivery, please feel free to place in the bottom text box
7. Click 'Continue Checkout' to proceed to Step 2

1. Please check your Billing Address
2. Default address will be primary address that being set during account creation
3. To change address, Please Click on 'Change Your Address' Button.
4. You may select address from your preset address book or insert a new address
5. Click continue to back to Payment Information page
6. If you have been given any Discount Coupon or Giftt Certificates from LLH.my, please fill in 'Redemption Code'
7. If you have any special instruction or comment, please feel free to place in the bottom text box
8. Click 'Continue Checkout' to proceed to the Last step

4.4 Step 3 - Order Confirmation
1. Please Check billing information, delivery information and shopping cart information
2. If information is inaccurate, you may click on 'Edit' button on each of the session to update your information
3. Make payment to Maybank account

4. Click 'Confirm the order'
5. Your order is under processing now
